These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gronex (the "Platform"), an online service operated by Sahil Srivastav ("we", "us", or "our") at gronex.org. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. The service

Gronex provides digital interview-preparation content, including repository-style coding problems for debugging, implementation, and concurrency practice, along with starter repositories and solution reviews. All content is delivered digitally and unlocked instantly upon purchase.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Access to premium content is offered through the "Gronex Pro" subscription, available on a monthly (₹499) or yearly (₹4,999) basis in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (Instamojo / Razorpay). We do not store your full card or banking details. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change with prior notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Because Gronex sells digital content that is delivered and unlocked instantly, all sales are final and no refunds or cancellations are provided once access has been granted. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the content solely for your own personal interview preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, or otherwise share the content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual property

All content, problems, solutions, code, and materials on the Platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for personal use only.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any particular interview or employment outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. Upon termination, your right to access the content ceases.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
