1. Digital goods, delivered instantly
Gronex provides digital interview-preparation content — repository-style coding problems, starter repositories, and full solution reviews. When you subscribe to Gronex Pro, access to this content is granted and unlocked immediately. Because the digital content is made available to you the moment your subscription is activated, it cannot be returned.
2. No refunds or cancellations
For the reasons above, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once access to the content has been granted. All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the free and preview material available before subscribing so that you are confident in your purchase.
3. Managing your subscription
You may choose not to renew your Gronex Pro subscription for a future billing period. Turning off renewal stops future charges; it does not create a refund for the current or any past billing period, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Payment issues
